Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance of your Airwheel Smart Wheelchair. Check tire pressure weekly to maintain 2.2 MPa, as low pressure reduces battery life. Inspect all bolts monthly, including those on the frame, handles, footrests, and motor housing. Every three months, lubricate folding hinges and wheel axles with lithium-based grease. For battery care, fully charge it if storage exceeds 30 days. Always clean with mild soap and water; avoid harsh chemicals like chlorine or alcohol.

For disinfection, use 75% ethanol solution without chlorine. Wipe surfaces carefully, avoiding direct spraying on joints, controllers, or seat foam. Never use high-pressure steam or heat.
Airwheel offers 12-month warranties on batteries and motors, covering capacity drops below 60% and functional defects. Controllers and remotes are also warranted for 12 months. Chargers have a 6-month warranty. Note that water damage, unauthorized disassembly, or improper use voids coverage. Replace tires, seat pads, and other consumables within 7 days if damaged.
